Calculation tables and executable user-specific rules do not live in the Knowledge Pack. They belong to the single Liuyao Tool. KNOWLEDGE-003 explains what a computed field means and supplies classical witnesses; it never calculates a user's reading.

11. Runtime Knowledge Contract

Version 1.2 makes the separation executable rather than conceptual.

Classical Knowledge

The versioned pack contains:

• 64 King Wen hexagrams
• 64 hexagram judgments (卦辞)
• 64 Great Image texts (大象)
• 386 line texts, including 用九 and 用六
• 386 Small Image texts (小象)
• deterministic moving-line reading rules

These fields are retrieved from KNOWLEDGE-003 and are never authored by the LLM.

Symbolic and Reflection Mapping

Modern symbolic summaries, keywords and reflection prompts are stored under separate symbolic and reflectionMapping objects. They may guide reflection, but they must never be presented as classical quotations.

Retrieval Output

Each calculation retrieves only the matching original and changed hexagrams, exact moving-line texts, rule-meaning records and one deterministic text-selection readingRule. The selection rule determines which classical text receives attention; executable 装卦/断卦 rules and their user-specific results stay in TOOL-001.

The corpus is normalized from public-domain Zhouyi and Image-text witnesses. Automated tests verify every expected judgment, Image and line record before release.

Boundary With KNOWLEDGE-004

KNOWLEDGE-003 ends at classical text, traditional explanation, reading focus and rule meaning. KNOWLEDGE-004 may translate those retrieved meanings and immutable Tool evidence into reflection candidates such as 官鬼为用 → 责任、压力、规则或外部要求成为核心变量. It cannot alter a quotation, select a different useful god, recalculate strength or add an unsupported meaning.

Every KNOWLEDGE-004 mapping carries a basis array pointing back to a KNOWLEDGE-003 focus item or Tool evidence rule. A mapping without basis must not enter Mirror Runtime.
